The 35th Annual NSBE Scholarship & Awards Banquet is dedicated to raising the funds necessary to provide academic scholarships to deserving high school seniors in the greater Birmingham area. The event provides students the assistance in their pursuit of an engineering career. The Awards Banquet will be held Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the McWane Science Center in Downtown Birmingham. The theme of the program is “A Village to Raise Future Engineers”.  The keynote speaker will be Dr. Kelley Castlin-Gacutan,
Birmingham City Schools Superintendent. Mr. Randall Woodfin, Birmingham Board of Education, will serve as the Master of Ceremony.
